Terms of Sale
1. Customer Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance based on product availability.
- We make every effort to deliver on the expected date, but delays may occur due to Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
- Deliveries are handled by courier Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding official holidays.
- Cancellations or changes are not accepted once an order is placed.
- All items are perishable; therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Payment Security
Your online payment is safe and encrypted. Sensitive information is automatically protected and cannot be accessed or read during transmission.
3. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery timelines will be extended for the duration of any such event.
4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from the use of any products purchased through our service.
5. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain fully valid and effective.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut for any disputes relating to your order or the service.
