Information About Goods

  • We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate; however, errors may occur in descriptions, pricing, or images.
  • Product availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
  • Goods should be stored at 18–21°C, with humidity between 45–55%.
  • We may update product information, pricing, or availability without prior notice; however, changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment options:

Online Payment

  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Your card will be charged once the order is placed
  • Card details are encrypted and never accessible to us (except for the last four digits for identification)
  • You may save your card for faster checkout and remove it at any time

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD payments are accepted in USD or LBP
  • For LBP payments, the market rate on the day of delivery will apply

Payment Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email
  • If payment is rejected, our team will contact you to assist

Ordering & Delivery

  • You may place orders directly online from the products displayed.
  • Personal messages may be added at checkout; we reserve the right to refuse messages that are offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful.
  • Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a tracking number.
  • This email is not an acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs once payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched.
  • Goods become your responsibility once delivered to the provided address.
  • A signature at delivery confirms receipt and transfer of responsibility.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Delivery fees apply and will be shown at checkout.

Refunds or Exchanges

  • All items are perishable, therefore all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information or for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
  • By using the Service, you agree to release and hold us harmless from all claims and losses related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
